Join us as Esteban Kolsky shares his advice on how and why to conduct a social media readiness assessment for your business. Kolsky is the principal and founder of ThinkJar, an advisory and research think tank focused on customer strategies.

This event is FREE and open to the public.

  1. Esteban was really impressive. He brought to life not just the analytics of social media, but also how important building relationships with clients are. He really shined in the Q&A period and answered diverse questions very well. The first question was from someone who’s parents had a furniture store in Las Vegas and were reluctant to engage blogging. The end result is if people have to be dragged to the solution it probably won’t be effective for them in the long run. I appreciated Esteban’s honesty in the response. I look forward to Scott Armstrong discussing his company, Dibbs on September 16 at 6:00.
